Refund policy
Laud Beauty strives provide you with quality products and service. Each order is carefully packed before dispatch to ensure you are getting a quality product.
All sales made through the Laud Beauty website are final. Items can only be returned for a refund if they are:
- Unopened (if you've opened and used the product, we cannot refund under any circumstances)
- Unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals
- Packaging and any cellophane intact
- or if it's an incorrect shipment
Please notify us via email - sales@laudbeauty.com to let us know you are returning your purchase within 28 days from receiving the product.
Make sure you attached your order confirmation or invoice with you. For refunds, please ensure you have the original payment card with you.
Allow up to 7 working days after your return has been received for your refund or exchange to be processed.
